The room is pretty big, with a perfect location with a short walk to Kokura station. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Bathtub is quite big compared to other hotels in japan. Love it so much. Would recommend anyone about this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future.

Close to the Kokura station, it was clean and quiet considering its location. I was expected to have a small room and bed, yet it was not! It has everything you need and the bed was also enough size for us. The staff was friendly. Definitely value for money. If I come back here, then I will revisit this hotel for sure. Highly recommended.

This accommodation is located just a short walk from Kokura Station, right in the heart of Kitakyushu’s main attractions. You can easily reach almost every popular spot on foot. The room is spacious and affordable, offering three separate beds, which is something you rarely find in Japan. Honestly, I almost don’t want to share this review—because if more people discover this place, the price might go up by the time I book my next trip! It’s that good. I’ve stayed here every time I visit Kitakyushu, and my travel companions have all been extremely satisfied as well. Last year, they offered free luggage storage, but this year it’s been replaced with coin lockers. The coin lockers at ChaCha Town are quite small and may not fit large checked luggage. So if you want to store your bags after checkout, I recommend using the coin lockers at the hotel or Kokura Station. The lockers at the hotel are spacious, accept card payments, and allow you to set your own password—just make sure to write down the password you set! Overall, this place continues to be my top choice whenever I visit Kitakyushu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Triple room was relatively spacious despite being converted from a twin room. Great bathroom in particular. Location was a straightforward walk from the station, close to lots of good food. This was my first time staying in a Daiwa Roynet hotel; now I'll look out for them in other cities too!
