Exceeded my expectations. Super clean, no cost to use laundry and free detergent, bed was only a thin mattress on a base (not much thicker than a futon) but it was surprisingly comfy. The free breakfast was amazing! It was a small range but it was more akin to breakfast in an expensive hotel. Some Japanese and western options. Delonghi coffee machine and milk available (which can be uncommon in Japan). Nice communal area.

Everything is first rate! I messed up the thermostat in my room, MY Error, and staff arrived in 3 minutes to correct it. Amazing! Nice rooftop baths, ant the hotel is clean and quiet everywhere. Breakfast buffet is awesome too.

The hotel is extremely close to Mishima JR Station, and there are several restaurants and bars around it. It is a good spot for you to take buses to other touristic locations in the region. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of Japanese side dishes for you to have with rice and also several "ocidental" options.

Great hotel, very close from station, breakfast was really good although not a lot of “western” options. Staff was really nice and helpful Check out it’s a bit early but you can leave luggage Bed was a bit hard in my opinion but nothing really serious
