Very elegant Japanese style house. I had it to myself as no one else was staying. The breakfast was the most delicious wholefood bento from a local cafe. The bed was really comfortable. Very nice and quiet. It's kind of a nice combination of a luxurious atmosphere, excellent decor but with aspects of a budget hostel feel. (No private bathroom only showers). It would be nice in summer as there is a big tatami room with a view of the garden. This was the guest house annexe not the main loop hotel.

Our stay at this inn was truly wonderful! The place is spacious and clean, making it a comfortable retreat. The view from the house was absolutely stunning—one of the highlights of our trip.
