Very friendly staff and exceptional service. A small room but expected in Tokyo. Despite the size it was very clean, tidy, comfortable. They have drip coffee instead of instant coffee which was a bonus!

Yuzurusan (sorry for the spelling) is a warm host and speak english. Nice breakfast also and a large room for japan with a nice wifi. I will come back

Our room was spacious, enough place for family with 3 kids, well equipped kitchen and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was excellent,situated in a lively area with plenty shops and restaurants.     The city is literally amazing.

    The city is literally amazing. Everything you could want is right there in your hotel or walking distance. Great cafes, izakayas, shopping, exploring-literally everything. Not as busy as some areas in Tokyo, and I fell in love. Will be back soon.

    This is a very nice and quaint small city with everything you need. People are friendly here and there are not many tourists as compared to big cities like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Easy to walk around and explore the sights and also plenty of eating options and transport. You can stay here for a couple of days to enjoy the not so busy lifestyle compared to the CBD or major tourist areas
