The host Takashi absolutely makes this place, it is cute and cosy and the rooms and beds are lovely but it’s the way he goes out of his way to make sure you have a good stay. We left a pair of ski boots there after checking out and he notified us straight away and even offered to bring them to us, couldn’t fault him, genuinely lovely guy and I highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The host was extremely kind and helpful. We went specially for the Ice Village at Hoshino Resort and the host picked us up at the train station. The room was extra cozy and comfy. The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable and the food was AMAZINNNNNNG! It was in our fridge ready for us so we could eat whenever we wanted which was nice.
