Great location can not be emphasized enough. Convenience factor if off the chart being so close to station and a small walk to so many restaurants 10/10 I could spend a month there happily.

Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

A true hidden gem in Shimokitazawa. We loved our stay at this property and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The record player in the room was a nice touch. The property is located in a convenient and safe area, close to public transport, there is a 7-Eleven directly downstairs as well as plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of cool vintage shops in the area and we loved the overall vibe here.

Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent location just a few minutes to the train station with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Many amenities included (such as slippers and pajamas). Excellent Japanese food for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the Japanese curry.

The location is wonderful, Togoshi is quiet and cute, loads of shops and restaurants, close to Asakusa line, Such a beautiful area. The room was tiny but that was enough for me, it had all the charging outlets, a massive tv, abundance of toiletries and hands down the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Nice and clean :)

2nd visit here and am always treated well. It's mostly a business hotel (i.e. you book it to have a place to sleep) but the hotel is modern, clean and even when booked with Booking.com gives you the BW perks. Would stay again!

Really nice staff, especially the girl who was on night shift and checked us in, clean room, amazing bathroom/shower (one of the most comfy showers I've ever sat in), roof terrace, plenty of amenities, breakfast is restaurant quality, all for the very fair price of 35€ a night, which is unbelievable. That will barely get you a bed in a low quality dorm room in Tokyo. Only possible downside is the location is in Kawasaki. If you want to go to central Tokyo it's quite a way out, but I would have stayed here all week if it was closer!
