Everything's perfect!!! We loved staying there! The property is new and looks exactly as seen in the picture. We really had a pleasant stay. The location is close to Hakodate St., but because of the snow we struggled to bring our luggage. The staff was friendly too :). Will definitely come back!

Excellent value for money! Rooms are new and well maintained and well sized for the price of the room. The public bath is very nice, yet the outside could be larger and I would have loved a view on the station (now the screens are fully frosted). The upstairs lounge has a beautiful view on Hakodate Yama, free coffee all day and also plenty of books for children. Parking is right in front of the hotel and very cheap.

Many 5-star hotels don’t offer a breakfast as good as this one. - onsen is spacious and offers stunning views, along with pleasant, minty aromas. - room was exceptionally clean, even by my OCD standards. overall loved the hotel and would definitely return

A lovely, cosy boutique hotel. Very friendly staff with exceptional, Japanese standard hospitality. We stayed for 3 nights and the two bedroom suite was huge. There was a beautiful vacuum tube amplifier in the living room with great speakers. The hotel had a lovely collection of CDs, books and free drinks in their lobby. Our room came with breakfast and each morning we had a chef make a whole selection of either Japanese or Western inspired dishes. The hotel is very near the Jujigai tram stop and you can walk to the ropeway. All in all, an exceptional experience.

Huge apartment style room. Service from all staff are incredible and made our 4 days stay very memorable. We walked from the hotel to Red Brick House and slowly stroll to Mt Hakodate Ropeway. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Highly recommend the conveyor sushi near JR Station (Nemoru Hanamaru), had our best meal there with reasonable pricing.

Although its a bit far from main station Hakodate, there were plenty of transport option close by to and from the hotel. Also an easy walk to Goryokaku Tower

Basically everything! It was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Hotel is clean and spacious, and it provides you with every single thing you may wish for, starting with onsen on the roof top, trough hair comb and lovely personnel. You can get there within 5 minutes walking from Hakodate Station.
