the staff are the best thing about this hotel, and generally the people of Cambodia are the best thing about Cambodia. They have treated us like royalty, the level of communication these teams have puts the world to shame. Almost everything. The hotel is situated in a town near the Angkor park, it has spacious and nicely decorated rooms, all the facilities (big swimming pool, spa, a nice restaurant), and the service is excellent: we had early check in, late checkout, transfer from and to the airport, welcome coconuts and drinks, fruits in the room and even a bottle of wine, although we haven’t drunk it – everything for free! Also the staff is very helpful and friendly, they will take care of everything you need. No need to say that they have organised a car tour around the park for us very quickly and with no issues. For its price it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to 🔥
