Exceptionally clean and tidy room and the bedding was very comfortable. Bidet toilet and proper separate shower in the bathroom was great. Great facilities available to use for free, like washing machine and dryer and a small gym. Rooftop garden access was brilliant. Parking access available at the hotel with valet. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. Very friendly customer service with English speaking staff.

Location to Hyeopjae beach and Hyeopjae town Spotless, spacious, airy with lovely views of sea Comfy bed, lovely linen and towels Family run hotel and the owner was just so lovely to me, couldn’t find the launderette and took the time to walk me to it !! About 40 mins from the airport and Jeju city Several 7 eleven’s/gs25’s within walking distance and a nice to CU opposite Paris baguette (result) within walking distance too)loads of restaurants nearby and also be sure to stop by comma coffee which has IG views to die for! Small Olive young too! Good spa on 3rd floor - I had a super 90 min aromatherapy massage !

It is full of nature outside the city.

It is full of nature outside the city. Small population of about 670,000 so there is no crowds of people. The island has much to offer. We had not explored Seogwipo which some people we met in Jeju said it was a place they would go again. (Seogwipo). Depending on what each person likes, we wold go more for the nature and sights, food and culture.

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty!

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty! The public transport is good; however, the island is sooo big, so it's super recommended to renting a car. the food is awesome but a little bit expensive. Must to eat black pig and a lot of sashimi and abulone.

Booked a two day Jeju English Private Taxi Tour for five people. Walking trails, forest walks, waterfalls, lava caves, scenic coastline, beaches, volcanic craters, forest walks Haenyeo Museum, forest areas, tangarines! Thanks to our guide Terry it was a great experience.

Jeju is just amazing, people are just exceptional around, very cheerful and very loving to the baby. We loved every bit of jeju, the clear blue sky, the beaches, the infra, coffee shops, bakery. Literally everything. Jeju is so colourful. Whereever the eye rolls its filled with hues. The place has its own vibe. Must visit once in life

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all.

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all. We were a group of three between 29-33 years old. Great and diverse food, amazing nature, great hiking trails, amazing beaches, locals who are used to both domestic and foreign tourists (+-13.000.000 a year) and competitive ferry pricing with eg Hanil ferries which you can easily book from 30 bucks round trip. Book the third class and proceed to chill on deck and in the on board restaurant as the trip is a mere 2.5 hours. Jeju city has a lot to offer, but the city in the south is also great (Seogwepo). If you feel like dining at the beach there are a lot of niche options like beach club Vadada and born to be burger/pizza at the pool and football stadium. Summarized we did not have enough on our long weekend trip there. 10/10.

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride...

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride anyway... I found an old bicycle on the street, but the seat was not rideable, I could ride it standing up but not sitting down. So I stopped in a car mechanic's shop and a simple fix for free and I was on my way. Jeju National Museum of Art was interesting.

The Hotel Leo staff are all excellent, friendly, well trained, and with a great service attitude. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location in Jeju City allows you to easily find good restaurants and other interesting places. As small as this is, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all have large labels, so even with my eyes, it was easy to know which one was which, even without glasses on. Highly recommended hotel in my opinion.

The location is excellent, across the road from Dongmun Market and a short walk from the Black Pork restaurants street and shopping streets. One of the hotel staff, Park Cheyeon was very friendly and helpful. She speaks English well and helped make our stay in Jeju so much more pleasant. Renting a car is necessary if you want to explore the island. The hotel has its own parking area in the back which accommodates up to six cars.

Everything about the Grand Hyatt Jeju was perfection - wonderful helpful staff, great recommendations of food and leisure activities both within and outside the hotel, stellar coffee (very important to two people from Melbourne, Australia’s coffee capital!) supremely comfortable rooms with, well-designed from both the utility and aesthetic perspectives. Everything one could wish in a hotel of this calibre.

Great location for accessing all parts of the island - be prepared to be on long bus rides regardless, but you can catch all these buses close to Yeha guesthouse and walk/bus to attractions in Jeju city. If you are more of a nature person and are not interested in Jeju city so much, I would definitely recommend staying on the South side of the island near Seogwipo instead.
