The man at the front desk was happy and helpful. He also spoke English. He showed me to my room and explained how to use the 2 remotes for the TV. They have Netflix and Disney! The bed has a heating feature, so if you enjoy snuggling into a warm bed, you'll love this place.

The hotel is well located near shopping and restaurants. The staff was the best part of the experience. Very helpful, patient and able to deal with my lack of Korean language skills. They received a package for me, lent me an umbrella and helped with a phone call. Much appreciated extra service. I was traveling by bicycle and this location on the edge of the city near the river bike paths and a good bike shop was good for me. Remarkably I stayed nearly a week and enjoyed most the Gwangju Museum of Art and riding in and out of town to the countryside (Namwon, etc)

The central and spacious location with easy walking access to the subway and buses. Restaurants, shops and cafes close by. Spotlessly fresh and clean. Tasteful and very comfortable furnishings. High quality bedding. Kitchen appliances including water purifier. Washing machine too. The ease of communication with the hosts. Any request was handled quickly. Highly recommend.

It was nice and quiet at night. Two convenience stores really close by and other food options. The owners were really nice and care about their guests.
