I had a wonderful stay at this private luxury cottage near Galle. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage was exceptionally clean, with comfortable linens and all the necessary amenities, including tea, coffee, hot water, and toiletries—all provided free of charge. The complimentary WiFi covered the entire cottage, ensuring a seamless connection. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, served in a peaceful setting with the soothing sounds of birds and stunning nature views. The location is ideal, close to popular tourist attractions such as waterfalls and monasteries. Additionally, the nearby village offers unique experiences like cinnamon peeling, hiking, and birdwatching. Overall, this cottage is a perfect blend of comfort and nature, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Impeccable service, from the warm welcome at the entrance to the attentive staff throughout our stay. Every detail was carefully considered, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The room was nice, had a nice comfortable sleep. The attention to cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations. The SAFFRON Robes Living is a spectacular place, perfect for staying in Hikkaduwa, close to the city town but in the middle of beautiful green surrounding, with amazing and extremely kind personnel, the best service of (among others) Theekshana, me and my partner will come back for sure and we are very grateful for all the wonderful welcome that we received. The stuff is very helpful, they arranged for us yoga class and transfer to the airport, even brought me the Incenses to but that I couldn’t find. The breakfast was delicious, the room very beautiful, big, with two beautiful pillows to sit on them and really nice balcony. We could really relax there, also they have a Saffron Gallery which is simply a spectacular place to visit (just around the corner) and admire or buy some gifts. Special thanks again to Theekshana, we will be back!

I stayed there for my first 2 nights and it was the best choice. Hotel just after the renovation, big and clean rooms. The hospitality of the owners is amazing. 5 min walk distance to the beach (no people only palm trees - like in paradise). You have to try food because it's a very good one. Good vibe of the place.

We very much enjoyed our stay here and, as a result, even extended our stay. The location is great (few min from the main road and beach), the accommodation is very clean and the pool was nice. Also, the staff was lovely. Good breakfast. And a great place for spotting wildlife!

Amazing view of the beach, beautifully decorated rooms, huge balcony overlooking palm trees. Great breakfast, a large variety of meals at the restaurant. Very kind staff.
