This stay was a great experience! The accommodation is a beautiful oasis, and the cottage was very modern and clean. Communication online was good. Leel adviced us to do an afternoon safari instead of morning. Happy we listened to him! We saw around 40 elephants, a crocodile and many other animals. The food prepared by Leels mother was the best we have had in Sri Lanka, both dinner and breakfast. Such a lovely woman! The driving that Leel arranged was in a modern, compact minivan, with belts and aircondition. Driven by his nephew in a safe manner. He picked us up in Ella, and drove us to Yala. The day after he also drove us to next location. Incredibly kind. Bring bug spray!!

We had such a pleasent stay at Vimanra!Spacious and clean family room. Nice pool in a lovely garden just below the cozy terrace. Extremely attentive and serviceminded owner; he fixed everything for us. Meals served at our convenience. We highly recommend the afternoon safari for jetlagging Europeans; we had a wonderful experience with lots of different animals.

Beautiful, quiet location. The lodge is excellent, the best quiet environment I had in Sri Lanka, the jacuzzi tub is perfect for a dip after a long safari. The owner and staff are very friendly. The lodge also organized my private safari and my guide, driver Janaka, was excellent. I actually liked my Udawalawe safari better than the one I did in Yala.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is really good, close to attractions and easy to get around. The food was tasty with plenty of choices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay.

The staff are really amazing, they pay attention to detail. They made us feel like royalty. They really went out of their way to make us completely comfortable at every opportunity. The food is really authentic and everything tastes good, even for my 3 children who are not really used to Sri Lanka food. The manager took us on a safari himself, and one of the staff took us for a walk in the forest around the property to show us tree plantations, sugar and coconut plantations. He even introduced us to his family.

The entire place was idyllic. Just off away from the hustle and bustle. The setting is in paddy fields down a dirt track. So, so cool! The manager on sight was extremely helpful and got us a tuktuk and drove with his bike down the track as our car couldn't make it and got us cold fresh juice on arrival. The owner was very helpful via WhatsApp. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Thank you to the team.
