A truely unforgettable experience with Dulara and the team at Ahaspokuna. It’s difficult to pinpoint one thing that stood out as everything was exceptional. The food, the hospitality, the room, the environment, you will not regret staying here! Hope to be back one day. I recently had the most unforgettable experience at Belihuloya Adventure Camp! Tucked away in the lush highlands of Sri Lanka, this camp is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. The location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and pristine forests. The cool climate adds to the charm, making it a perfect escape from the heat. The activities offered are top-notch, from adrenaline-pumping canoeing, and trekking, to the more relaxed nature trails. The highlight for me was the canoeing. Activity expert Hemantha is highly experienced and ensured safety at every turn, which made the adventure all the more enjoyable. Accommodation at the campsite was comfortable, offering a true "back-to-nature" experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their passion for the outdoors and commitment to providing a memorable experience really stood out. The food was another highlight – delicious and hearty, perfect after a long day of activities. We were treated to local cuisine with fresh ingredients that really hit the spot. Whether you're looking for an action-packed adventure or a peaceful retreat in nature, Belihuloya Adventure Camp has it all. I recommend this place for any nature lover! I'll definitely be back for more adventures soon.

A perfect stay! The family is very kind and hospitable. The room itself is very new, spacious and sparkling clean. The bed is super comfortable, and there’s a silent yet powerful fan keeping you cool at night. Oh, and the WiFi is the best we’ve had so far - fast and reliable. Very secluded and very well built accommodation. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The accommodation is very difficult to get to if in a car - so if you take the property's jeep (pickup truck) it's a better option. The views from the property are stunning, I hope the new development they are planning will not interupt the current views. Highly recommended for a peaceful get away

Wow! The Backyard Balangoda is something truly special. Nestled in the family’s beautiful tea plantation, it is a stunning retreat designed and created by talented young artist Sumit. From the architecture, through to the branding, and through the restaurant into the fabulous menu, everything has been carefully considered to give the visitor a completely unique Sri Lankan experience. The accommodation is in a rustic style, immaculately clean and-frame bungalow with the most stunning views over the valley - an absolutely magical experience to stay in and wake up to. While this is totally off the beaten tourist track, it’s so totally worth visiting - we were only sad we didn’t have time to stay a few more days. If it’s available, book it! Just make sure you book a few nights! Well done sumit! Keep doing what you are doing.

I had such a lovely stay at Landa Holiday House! The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the garden is exquisite! The host speak very well english and the food is also good. I can recommend to stay here for multiple nights.
