The check-in and check-out process was very nice and smooth. They even let us keep our luggage securely after checking out. The breakfast was great with huge variety and plenty of time to eat (until 11 am). The SPA they had was very nice as well, there was a pool with different functions, a hot tub and two different saunas. It had nice view to the outside. You can stay in the SPA until 1pm so there was enough time to try out everything and it was never crowded, the few days we went there, there were only three other people with us. The room was lovely as well and very clean. It had a nice river view, two balconies (one with chairs so you can relax outside), the kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped as well. There was plenty of space to store your items. The location is amazing as well, right next to Basanavičiaus street and a pleasant walk to the sea.

Check-in was nice and smooth, Room upon arrival very clean. We found bed very comfy. SPA experience was also great. We have tried the gym which was not very new, but was absolutely enough for us to work out. Breakfast buffet had loads of options to pick from. Overall great stay!

Extremely friendly staff at the restaurant and reception. We booked a very late dinner and they were super kind to serve us even though we were the only guests and the food was delicious 10 points! Rooms are spacious, beds are sublime. Shower works perfect. Breakfast was small, but good and the lovely ladies at the breakfast were super attentive. Stunning design of the hall inside.

There are many nice nature and culture places to visit in...

There are many nice nature and culture places to visit in Palanga, however they are often overcrowded during high season, and the resort is severely overpriced during summer season comparing to similar resorts in Latvia or Poland. So it is good to visit it for a short stay during offseason months of April-May and September-October.

It`s a clean, nice, relaxing green place. There is such a well-groomed city! A lot of places to go for a walking outdoor as the Birute park, seaside, main street etc. Visit the Amber Museum, Concer hall and whatever you want. Try Lithuanian cuisine specialities as ceppelines, cold beetroot soup, potato pancakes with meat filling, different kinds of local fish, berries, cabbage rolls with chopped meat. But take into account that meal size is huge usually)

Clean sand beaches with all infrastructure you need. The pine forest and recreational park is good place for walking. Developed cycling trails for bike lowers. A lot of leisure activities and restaurants to spend your time.

There was nothing I didn’t like – everything was great! Of course, I can’t control the weather, and out of three days, we had rain on two. But luckily, the cozy restaurants and fun activities made up for it perfectly.

Great activities for the kids.

Great activities for the kids. Has everything, especially the amusement park area. Beach, parks, all really nice. Could use a bit more clothing stores for men's stuff. Plenty of great women's and kids' boutiques. Only hated seeing every family at every restaurant, or every teen working at a bike rental, on their phone though. The whole country is badly addicted. We would like paper menus in English at restaurants too (not just QR code menus, Cili Pizza!).

Perfect location - close to the sea, the attractions, you can take a nice walk nearby. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious. The hotel has a free parking lot, had enough parking space. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, the menu had a small selection, but it was well prepared. The dinner at the restaurant was a treat as well.

Clean and comfy rooms. Very good breakfast. Big parking free of charge is in front of the hotel. Two hours of spa zone visit is included each staying day (if stay for 1 night, than only one 2h visit is included) Additionally can be shoosed massages and spa procedures, that are payed separately.

Apartment very clean and provides all you need. Nice small touches which are not even provided in modern hotels recently - bathroom items for those who rushing out of home and forgets small things, bottled water, even set of Lithuanian chocolate :-)
