Everything, the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel well designed, luxurious, comfortable and relaxing. The Hammam Spa Treatment was such a treat. All in all my friend and I were made to feel so special and welcome at Yin, I'm already planning my next trip.

Hotel is very nice, very comfy, food is excellent and staff is very good, specially snack bar. Hotel is maybe little bit far away from the center, but twice a day you have free shultle bus. Definitelly recomend this hotel for everybody who wants perfect stay and holiday.

I would truly recommend this resort as this has many facilities for adults and children. The staff were absolutely wonderful especially Samah, Oumaima, Mounir, the house keeping staff iymaan was lovely. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Shuttle bus goes free to the city centre. One top hotel.

Beautiful hotel with big pool and very pretty gardens. The villa was a good size and very clean. Dinner was very nice and breakfast was really good. We had to leave early and they gave us a tray the night before.
