But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. We couldn’t have had better hosts. So welcoming! This recently restored Riad in the quieter but very interesting Jewish quarter was fully decorated in Moroccan style by local artisans. We were particularly grateful for the airconditioned room and the cool sitting/dining area. Our hosts catered to all our food preferences and gave us all the information and practical help we needed to make the most of our stay in Fes.

Our stay at Hotel Royal Mirage in Fes was truly exceptional! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what made it unforgettable was the amazing staff. I want to give a very special thank you to Mohamed Meskine at the reception. His warm welcome, helpful attitude, and deep knowledge about the history of Fes really stood out. He took the time to guide us on how to get to the Old Medina and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, if I could rate him, I’d give 100 out of 10 – that’s how incredible he was!
