This hotel is a hidden gem in the downtown of Merida. Besides the beautiful architecture, detailed interior design, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful mattresses and quietness, the service is one of the kindest and attentive we’ve encountered. Everyone was amazingly available, since our late arrival at 1 am, fulfilling all our requests and preparing our meals at the previously agreed time (punctually to the very minute). We’re great fans of small boutique hotels and this one has definitely won our hearts. Highly recommended ❤️

Nice place, clean, safe, parking for free and security was always there. The room was big with a nice view and big bathroom. We ate at the restaurant and food and drinks were so good. If i come back to Merida i will stay there. Honestly you will no regrets.

The location was perfect. Easy to travel to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very polite. I would definitely go back and stay with my entire family the next time in Merida. The ambiance was great, too.
