All was perfect. Brand new hotel, on the main square in the city center. Room are large, well equipped. All the team is great, they listen a lot to the request and do their best. We have appreciated a LOT our stay. Breakfast is simply great.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The neighborhood is lovely with a parc and a lake very closeby (5 min walk). Good restaurants on walking distance. It’s a 10min drive from the city center. Rooms are very comfy, modern, clean. You get bathrobes and slippers. Good AC, good wifi, very comfy beds and pillows.

It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's in an excellent location that is close to everything. We stayed in a suite with a beautiful terrace. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the salt water pool first thing in the morning. The fresh baked pasties are AMAZING!!

It’s a beautiful hotel which is run by the owners. Everyone is very friendly and attentive, and it feels very safe. The hotel itself is full of beautiful details, very Mexican. We were very impressed by the love the owners put into the decoration. We stayed in a room with king size bed and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was extremely good, would love to have such a shower at home ;) By taxi it’s between 70-90 pesos to the historical center and it takes less than 10min. We came by car but decided to leave it in the Hotel’s parking lot and moved by taxi instead. The terrace is beautiful, too, and the food they serve on the terrace is delicious! They prepared the chilaquiles for us without any meat/animal product as we’re vegan and instead of the meat they added grilled veggies on top. Was delicious! We can highly recommend staying here.

The hotel faces Union Garden, and each room has a stylish name. The facilities are new and comfortable. There are also L'Occitane amenities. Unión Garden has live music until midnight, and while other hotels have complained of excessive noise, there was very little noise at this hotel (that's why we had very effective earplugs). Breakfast was served at the upscale restaurant next door and was very delicious with coffee, fruit, bread, and a main dish. Although the price is a little high, it is strongly recommended.

Great location, within walking distance to the central area, restaurants, sights, bars and shopping. Our room was comfortable and clean; fresh towels and bottled water was provided daily. The breakfast was fabulous! A wide variety of menu items and a buffet on the weekend. The staff was exceptional, especially the 2 gentlemen that run breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
