There is no way to call the customer service as no one answers the call. So if there's any emergency, kindly dont expect to get help. The concierge, Jahid was a great help, he assisted with everything from head to toe, and even arranged for welcome drinks, door gifts, and provided great hospitality during the trip. We asked directions as to how to get to Theme Park, and some areas in Sky Avenue and he showed us the directions. The check-in receptionist, Joel was friendly and informative. He provided us with 2 key access cards (although we would like to have more) and side by side rooms were arranged, nearby the lift. Which is a great convenience. Crockfords Level 3- Guest Service Centre - Catherin - Was a great help and assisted us with membership cards, though we feel that the counter is under-staffed. ** We wanted to cash in around 100k+ by way of instant transfer, however when we asked guest services or cashier counter, no one was able to assist us and they mentioned there was no way we could cash in so much cash, therefore we were not able to gamble much at the casinos. Buggy Service was great and attentive. Good job to them driving the buggy from Crockfords to SkyAvenue, they did a great and efficient service. Disgusting Experience @ Cafe. The cafe in Crockfords, some staffs had really rude attitude and one of them mentioned, this is not my problem when they threw away the food while we specifically requested for TAKEAWAY. The staff even mentioned that it was not her responsibility and therefore don't ask her anything after she informed us that the food that we requested for takeaway was disposed. We haven't even eaten that plate of food. And the staff just disappeared thereafter, not even willing to rectify the situation. It was the most disappointing experience ever! Never visit their cafe, it doesn't hold up to the name, service, reputation and not even worth to go to.

Changes made with lots with lots of activities. Though crowded place to enjoy not forgetting the casino. Walking around the malls, casino. Most but not all food outlets were good. Easy to get around even if its rain with shelters all. Sorry I am a Senior!

Genting Highlands has been my playground since childhood and now I'm introducing it to my children so that they will appreciate it and have fond memories of it too. Genting Highlands has everything, from entertainment for the young and old, malls, eateries, accommodations, school, hospital, etc. It's basically a town up on a cooling hill.

Basically the whole property area is conducive for vacationing. There’s room for improvements in the rooms.eg: the toiletries in insufficient, like the shampoos s as me bathing soap is a combination as one, and also allocate outside of the bathroom. It’s rather inconvenient.

This is a place for having fun and shopping.

This is a place for having fun and shopping. Lots of tourists. Nice ride on cable car. Plenty of shops at the Premier Outlets and the Sky Avenue. If you enjoy amusement park, this is the place for you. Lastly, the weather is very nice.

One of the best suite so far. The place was very strategic, which is near to First World and Skyworld. If you can't afford to be at First World Hotel or Skyworld Hotel, you can stay here as your second option because they provide shuttle bus to go to Genting Highlands until midnight. Others, like swimming pool and gym was also provided.

It was my second visit. Manage to get back my previous room I stayed. Short and sweet stayed in this relaxing resort. Here will be my only destination to stay if I ever come to Genting Highlands. Hope next time able to get a free breakfast and try their delicious food.

Great location, short walk into town and a cheap grab ride up to Genting Highlands activities (only cost us $15MYR). Beautiful property with gym at the very top with everything you need. Also had lots of swimming pools so never felt crowded and a lovely sauna!
