The staff are just incredibly helpful and kind! The chef even came to our table and as he noticed we were a big group (I was travelling with my family total of 9) he proposed to make something special for us!! I also requested to have a room closer to the main building as my mom has difficulty walking, they were very accomodating and changed the room for her.

So glad we stayed in the Ocean Villa in which we could get into the water from the balcony. 2 nights were barely enough to explore around the resort, and we were lucky enough to see a stingray, hornbills and a monitor lizard. We enjoyed snorkelling and kayaking, and meaningful time at MERC (touch tank, coral planting, giant clams exhibition). The resort was kids-friendly and all the staffs were nice and friendly.

Thanks for perfect hosting. Room decoration is nice, location is great as well. The room is equiped with everything we needed including fast wifi, cable TV, refrigerator, A/C, kettle, power bank, iron and hairdryer. Helpful and caring staff is the best.

Superb but only not satisfied with the placement of my family members in the strictest policy. I have been around the world to many other more beautiful hotels but only this one allows only 1 child per villa! And u should also have more kitchen staffs to prepare the food bcos it took too long

An amazing location - wonderful views over the bay from our...

An amazing location - wonderful views over the bay from our very nice room. We loved seeing the monkeys, hornbills, monitor lizards and geckos. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed spending time at the simple private beach a short boat ride away. Make sure you arrive at Jesselton Point at least an hour before your speedboat leaves as they check you in there and it can take ages. Evening dining is either a fish restaurant, a Japanese restaurant or a bewilderingly large buffet.

Amazing stay at the resort over 2 nights.

Amazing stay at the resort over 2 nights. The staff and service is absolutely next level. Made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious. Plenty of activities to fill up 3 days for the family. Special acknowledgement to the host Anof, Richie and Showwell and chef Jonathan. Keep up good work guys

The staff are exceptional. The variety of food is amazing. Facilities were in good condition and easily accessible. I expected we may be able to hike a few trails on the island but this was not possible. It surprised me for such a relaxed place that you needed more formal attire (trousers, closed shoes and collared shirt for) for one of the restaurants. We weren’t prepared for that. Sunset cruise was brief but great

- The hotel and its surroundings were really beautiful and clearly very well cared for by the staff. The staff were really knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area - Snorkelling just off the beach and seeing so many fish was really cool, could pop to and from the pool to snorkel when needed - The hotel staff were all so friendly and really helpful throughout the whole trip - The satay and the local breakfast options were really well done and the food in general was to a high quality

Amazing hotel, honestly the whole area is beautiful. This hotel offers both the beach vibe and the jungle adventure in one. The rooms are insanely beautiful and spacious. There is wildlife everywhere. The food is good. Just GO! Highly recommended :)

Friendly staff, good service, getaway to paradise not far from Kota Kinabalu city centre. Room was beautiful and better than anticipated. Slight problem with our water heater but issue was rectified under 30 mins.
