I have never had such a restful night's sleep. The pillows were not just comfortable; they were like something out of a dream – as soft as the moon itself (my wife even bought those pillows for us)! For those who appreciate tranquility, this hotel is a sanctuary of peace. It was so quiet; I could hear my own heartbeat. The serene atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing, and I left feeling rejuvenated. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's pet-friendly policy. Traveling with my furry friend is a must, and this hotel made it an absolute delight. It's clear they understand the importance of making every member of the family feel at home. And let's talk about breakfast – wow! The spread was nothing short of fantastic. A variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start my day, and I felt energised for whatever adventures awaited. The staff deserves a special mention. Their friendliness and attentiveness were outstanding. It's evident that they take pride in providing exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Great location in the city center and near train station. The city is very vivid, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Regardless of that we didn’t hear any noise and slept very well. Just heads up that staircase is very steep so I woldn’t recommend to someone with bad knees. We didn’t have problem with it. I highly recomend it

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Always with a smile, they'd understand everything we told them and they would do their best. We had some extremely annoying neighbors in the rooms next to us that were constantly drunk, screaming, and hitting the walls, trashing the rooms. But the staff took care of that issue pretty quickly. Room was great, nice big bathroom. Location was great too, right next to an Albert Heijin store. We did not have breakfast at the hotel during our stay but it always looked and smelled good.

I work for Driscoll's and the Botanique is our preferred hotel. It's lovely. It always smell really nice. And the breakfasts are out of this world....they're wonderful. The staff are always so polite, friendly and helpful too. Great place to stay.

A fabulous location next to the Cathedral. The room was very comfortable with its own spacious sitting room. A deep bath and fluffy white robes. I loved the stylish old-world decor - it felt like a country manor!
