Everything was just fantastic. The owners were wonderful, they were very helpful. I loved that the Guesthouse has its own bikes, it was a pleasure riding them in Utrecht. The Guesthouse was very clean and tidy. The owners prepared a book with a lot of tips about restaurants, grocery shops etc. It was an amazing journey. The guesthouse was wonderful.

Wonderful location but be mindful it does get noisy at night. The facilities were very good, bathroom and shower were very clean. John was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

One of most caring hotel crew I ever met while travelling! Excellent location, close to city center , to train station, markets .. Amazing view if you're lucky to have the right side ) Breakfast ok, similar every day but you can vary. Bycikle for rent. Different events downstairs ☺️

Everything was really nice, the room was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. I recommend it, especially if you want something close to the city center; we could walk everywhere. The best Benedict eggs I ever had for breakfast.

The location was great, rooms were clean and suitable for a couple for a longer period if needed. Kitchen had all the necessary items to prepare a meal , plenty of shops for groceries and eating out. The Houten train station was next to the accommodation.
