Actually, No reception in this Hotel, No Human / Humanoid interference. Need to go nearby to their parent hotel and ask for details. Can't Park in front of Hotel more than 10~15 min. All access need to be done using your smart phone, if your phone dead / missed / can't able to access -> need to be in road. Received email just few hrs before check in - we were in driving and not noticed this seriousness of the received mail. Its only the other reception explained this tricky procedures. No inhouse parking - need to park 1 km away.

Room (10/10): The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful design details and the high standard of maintenance. Breakfast (10/10): Breakfast at Reastaurant was outstanding.. The variety was excellent, and hot dishes prepared with care. It felt more like a fine dining experience than a standard hotel breakfast, and it was truly one of the highlights of my stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, imaginatively furnished and very nice as was the lounge downstairs, where I sat quite a lot. I reallly liked the "history wall" where using photos and printed material the history of the hotel was outlined since the 19th century. I would love to go back, it is almost a reason for re-visiting Leeuwarden

the room is on the first floor and is very spacious, we got an upgrade as i booked before we got the luxurious room. the hotel is situated next to a busy road, but if you leave the windows shut you wouldn't know! It is on walking distance from the centre(about 15minutes) nothing negative i can think of! We will be staying here again!!
