Out of six places I stayed at on my three week trip to Norway, this was my favorite. The neighborhood has several hiking paths that start within walking distance, and it's close to the shuttle bus to Snøhetta. The host is so friendly and helpful, and I loved coming back to my cute cabin after a hike and being greeted by her (and her cute dogs!). Cabin had an oven/range top, fridge, and everything I needed to cook and store food. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We liked the clean, spacious rooms and the comfy beds. Also the shared bathroom facilities are great, more than enough, and super clean. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious: bread, eggs, yoghurt, cereals,pancakes, fruit, cheese, meet, fish and some local specialties. Staff is super helpful and friendly. And the location is great, close to the trails to explore the area. Totally recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice staff, nice room and beautiful surrounding! And the breakfast buffet was great.

This place is a gem! Not just a pictoresque stop along the way, but a lovely and historic cafe with rooms and a stunning river nearby, in a beutiful valley. The cuisine is genuin and the staff is super nice. Super recommended!
