Location was great,in the heart of Svalbard. Very nice hotel,well maintained,warn,cosy. The room was very clean and cosy, comfy beds,clean bedlinen, big and clean bathroom with toiletries. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast every morning! It worth all the money paid!

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. Having a coffee machine is a nice touch, and the breakfast is delicious. It’s great that the hotel offers the option to check in for the flight.

Location is the best in town!! Very close to everything and the japanese resto on-site (Nuga) is AMAZING. The bed is comfortable and everything was clean.
