Many things, the lady at receprion very nice and helpful, the room very cozy with everything you need, the location excellent, you have the cruises and buses for tour in front of your room. I had two sides to the streets view, when I arrive in the afternoon there was no building facing my room. The morning after there was a 15 storey building? No! It was the MSC Preziosa! The restaurant was beautiful, I had breakfast and choices were unlimited, not only for food but space. You could find table for one or group and areas that are more private than others. Besides, you are allowed to keep your luggage at reception after checking out.

Really nice stay for us. Older but very clean and cute cabins….nice place quite close to the airport and sea…a little bit colder but heater is in there and its good temperature for sleeping. Good tv. Water prepared on the table. Thank you for our stay :)

Very helpful staff, good breakfast and afternoon waffles. I had room with private bathroom facing the fjord and the view was spectacular - made up the effort dragging my suitcase uphill from the bus stop. Will definately stay here again when in Molde.

Host provided us with the breakfast, which was a great additional value. House itself is not big, but more than enough for a couple. And it has really nice view from the terrace. I would definitely stay here again.

    My main reason for visiting Molde was to explore the mountain trails, and it did not disappoint. The scenery was stunning, and even the light drizzle couldn’t spoil the experience. I’ll save the open-air museum for my next visit!

    Molde is at the western coast of Norway.

    Molde is at the western coast of Norway. There is plenty of rainy weather, but when the sun shines, there is hardly a better place to visit. The stunning beauty of the mountains across the fiord is absolutely magnificent. There are nice hotels, but the prices are quite high to be a city of the size of less than 30K citizens. Maybe the cost-level reflects the history of tourism when the royal families from different nations of Europe frequented this part of Norway. You will find friendly staff at all places, but you could also pop into those who might take you as a visitor for granted. Maybe if you smile, you could get somebody smiling back to you.

    A beautiful city in Norway.

    A beautiful city in Norway. We drove around all the small towns and did the 'James Bond' spectacular Atlantic Road drive. It was worth driving from Bergen and taking magnificent pictures along the way.

    Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Directed me to the free public parking which is right next door to the hotel. There is unloading space in front of the hotel where you can park temporarily if you need to go in and check exactly where it is. Room was fantastic, especially for the price (not sure if I was upgraded but had a 'business' room with sofa and chairs, balcony and view over the harbour). Breakfast was excellent, plenty of hot and cold choices.

    The house is in a great location. For taller people it is a great reminder that shorter people used to live here in the past :) Janicke was the best and kindest host during our almost month long trip through Norway. Very, very nice in personal communication. She gave us lots of tips for the area. We were sorry that we had so little time in this area. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

    Fantastic breakfast and location 👌 Staff couldn't do enough for us. Molde is amazing and all the people we met were so friendly and lovely. We came to attend the wedding of our daughter who married a local girl and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

    The house is spacious for my family, which lies in a peaceful and beautiful place. It is voted to be the Top 1 accomodation in our whole trip to Norway. We definitely LOVE it! Strongly recommend!!!!
