This is a great place if you like hiking.
This is a great place if you like hiking. We hiked into the forest, across the mountain to Boquete, and just around the local area. The local busses are great, really frequent and easy to use. Next time I would take the bus down the road a bit to cut down the distance over to Boquete as that hike was a bit long for us. But overall, we loved this place.

I loved Cerro Punta!
I loved Cerro Punta! It's a great town tucked away in the mountains with a mild climate and lots of birds and other wildlife. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a small town and so there aren't many amenities, and the ones that exist aren't always consistently open.

I LIKED NOTHING. I was greeted by flies in my room and those flies literally haunted me all night and ran me out long before the check out time. I did not get value for my money. I am requesting a full refund. I even have pictures of the fly infested room, #210. I emailed Bambito Hotel's GM and reservation department.....still no acknowledgement of same.

It really surprised me how well kept is the property and the rooms, considering the age of the hotel. The rooms are big and ver well ventilated. Breakfast was included: the hojaldres were delicious! The staff was always very pleasant

The food, the staff and the location. The hotel has board games, ping pong tables and a library that I really enjoyed.
