It's hard to know where to start. This is without doubt one of the best places I've ever stayed. The highlight being our conversations with Frank (the owner). He is the real life Indiana Jones and took an afternoon out of his spare time to show me and my two sons around the property. We went swimming with him up river and over his bridge to the jungle. He told us stories which can fill a lifetime. I feel.honored to have spent time with him, an absolute living legend. He taught my boys life lessons I could only dream of plus he found a Fer de Lance snake on his grass as be was talking to us which my son's thought was incredible. Now when my sons show a weakness about not wanting to help out around the house or do any work, I ask them "what would Frank do?" This makes them get right to it. The pool is great, the cabins superb and the place is so brilliantly created with nature surrounding it that you will be stumbling over huge cane toads at night and snakes during the day. Listen to Frank, don't wear flip flops! Come for the views and the river, stay for Frank.

It's hard to know where to start. This is without doubt one of the best places I've ever stayed. The highlight being our conversations with Frank (the owner). Now when my sons show a weakness about not wanting to help out around the house or do any work, I ask them "what would Frank do?" This makes them get right to it. The pool is great, the cabins superb and the place is so brilliantly created with nature surrounding it that you will be stumbling over huge cane toads at night and snakes during the day. Listen to Frank, don't wear flip flops! Come for the views and the river, stay for Frank.
