the resort was truly beautiful, and the lush green surroundings made it feel very relaxing and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. i especially want to mention Aqib who was extremely helpful and a really kind young man. I’ll definitely come back and plan to stay even longer next time. Very Nice Hotel with Excellent Location and Outstanding Service. Very Good Staff. Best hotel in Naran. Special Thanks to Manager Mubasher Zareen. It is worth mentioning that I had forgotten my valuable stuff at the room and after leaving hotel on next day I received a call from the Manager Mr. Mubasher Zareen that they found my stuff and they have sent it to me through courier. This is a vital part of their honest staff. Such a great service.

We were fortunate to meet the owners of the resort upon arrival. Their passion for what they have achieved was truly inspiring, and the customer journey they provided was both insightful and engaging. The sustainability elements incorporated into the build are highly advanced for Pakistan, and the level of customer service was by far the best we experienced during our two week stay in the North of the country. The food was exceptional, and the attentiveness of both the owners and staff ensured that the resort stands out as a true luxury experience. this was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2-week trip through all of Pakistan. highly recommend! they even had warm(!) shower, which is very rare. also electricity and wifi were absolutely stable. top! moreover, the owner is a very friendly man. all in all 10/10, will recommend!
