We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Vila Verde. We spent a few days there & all the staff were nice, helpful & professional. Staying here was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the room was beautiful and had absolutely everything we could have wanted. Our only regret was only staying for 1 night. We hope to come back and stay for longer next time. Great spot for families, couples, and especially bike tourers!

Everything. Beautiful inside, everything spotless, everything you could possibly need, bed was so comfortable, great quality bedding/ towels etc. Hosts were lovely, we had fresh strawberries and loquat from garden left out for us and homemade jam - delicious. Great location for bird watching.
