From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful home. The home is cozy, clean and welcoming. I felt confortable walking through the home and enjoying the shared areas. The staff member was very welcoming and the check in was quick and painless. Our Room was spacious, confortável, well-apointed, had a great view of the mountain. We enjoyed the fresh continental breakfast that was provide. We truly had a wonderful Stay and would highly recomend the hotel to others. I look forward to visitinha again on the future.

The view was fantastic, looking down over the valley. The houses are on the quinta, so the mountain road up to them winds through vineyards and olive and almond trees. We rented The Pombal, a converted dovecote, very quaint and comfortable. Easy drive to Vila Nova de Foz Côa, with the museum and tours of the paleolithic rock engravings, and to the Douro Valley.
