Wonderful and peacefull place, suitable for couples and families. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. In the territory, there are really great hiking trails which we enjoyed. Breakfest was great. One night we also dined in- it was fantastic! Highly recommend!

We loved the fact that the owner was there to greet us (which often doesn't happen these days). The cottage itself was lovely and very traditional with everything we needed plus an excellent internet speed (much better than our home speed). There is a pool and sunbathing area with sunbeds but as we arrived after 6pm we didn't use these. Parking is onsite and secure (there are electric gates) so if you're stopping here en route to somewhere else and have a car full of luggage then you know it'll be safe.

For us, it has no tourist appeal whatsoever.

For us, it has no tourist appeal whatsoever. The nearest beach is 25 km away, and the town itself has nothing interesting in terms of monuments or sports facilities. The advertising for Quarto Privado is misleading, as it advertises beach and breakfast, which is far from the truth. I would never go back.

Strolling through Grândola, Canal Caveira, Azinheira dos Barros and Santa Margarida da Serra is pure tranquility, a beautiful and peaceful place, a great spot to recharge and relax, with many tourist attractions and lots of good food without spending too much.

I chose this destination to stay in order to visit the beaches in the area, Comporta and the Troia Peninsula. In the middle of August, it's very difficult to find accommodation closer to the coast in that area, and it's also quite expensive. That's why Grandola, being a 30-minute drive away, was my closest option, although ideally we would have been closer to the coast.

We loved everything about our stay. Staff in the hotel were amazing and very helpful. They gave us even better room than we were supposed to get even that we booked the place last minute. The view in our room was truly amazing. Overall the hotel is in such a peaceful and quiet place that it makes it perfect for a weekend gateway. Rooms were spacious, super clean with fireplace and great shower. And the best part was the bed, which was extremely comfortable. We got the best sleep. Highly recommend to anyone!

We loved everything about Villa Centre! Ana very kindly met us at the bottom of the accomodation as we had gotten lost. She had offered to help us carry up our luggage as the hotel was a couple flights of stairs up. Ana gave us a tour of the hotel, and couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. My sister had asked if there might be an iron, and Ana called in on her way by, right up to our hotel room to lend us one. The breakfast was lovely too. Thank you Ana!😊

Very beautiful house, very well refurbished, modern but keeping the charm and tradition of Grândola houses. The house has all you need for your hollidays very confortable and confy. The outside space it's beautiful and peacefull. Very confortable beds. Very easy check in and check out. We will come back for sure.
