We had one of the nicest hotel experiences for years. The most amazing part is the team at Puro Dão Hotel & Spa. They are making your stay a wonderful experience and you cannot wait to book your next trip and bring your family along! My Dad and I arrived and were greeted by the friendly hotel staff. We were impressed by the beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. The room was large and accommodating. We ate lunch in the dining room and the food was delicious and service was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. One of the staff members called and reserved a winery tour for us. Great staff! The only regret we had was that we wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel, loved the decor. Helpful, friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, with a good coffee choice. From the room I could see the Serra de Estrela. The hotel is right in center of the town, easy to walk to shops, bars etc.

We liked everything. The home was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and our hosts were amazing. So kind and thoughtful and very helpful. They couldn't do anything more to be the most amazing and generous hosts. We loved our stay here and was sad to leave.
