Very warm welcome; Ana is a great communicator even though we don't speak the same language! A picnic breakfast was provided for a small fee. We were allowed to park the bicycles indoors overnight.

Excellent place. Very well located if you want to visit the Historical Villages of Portugal. The owner is very cultured, friendly, knowledgeable about the region, and always available with suggestions to help you make the most of your stay. The house has been very tastefully restored, and the spacious common lounge is very comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean. The bedroom has a king size bed, excellent bathroom, great smart TV, good quality Wi-Fi, and plenty of plugs for charging mobile phones. The breakfast is excellent.

Very good space and facilities. Excellent to have in-suite bathroom facilities. Included in the historical zone and 5 min from shops. Easy parking. Excellent communication with Cristina. The views and fresh air from the balcony were amazing.

The house is very pleasant and even though it is an old house, it has a charm of the past. The fact that we were able to disconnect was awesome. The place is quiet with lots of small villages and natural pools in the surroundings to visit. Rogério and Silvina who contacted us were extremely helpful. The keys were delivered by Silvina at the door and she also showed us the house.

Everything- especially the staff who were so kind and welcoming. Lunch was incredible. Room was spotless with gorgeous bed linen. Hotel was incredibly quiet with no noise or being disturbed by other guests. Perfect night’s sleep. A score of 10 doesn’t do it justice.

We told the Staff that we would leave before Breakfast time, and the Staff prepared for each of us a box with a variety of stuff so that we could still eat it very early.
