Ribeira House is a wonderful place to stay. The staff/owners are so friendly and obliging they made our stay absolutely superb. There is secure parking, swimming pool and gardens making it a wonderful place to relax. The location is great for exploring the town on foot and it is very straightforward to drive to and from. Loved it!

Everything! We got much more than expected, fully equipped apartment. We wanted for nothing. The place is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Luis took a lot of trouble explaining everything and was available at all times. Easy parking right outside, the apartment is right across the road from the river and lovely canteen on the banks. We will be back in a heartbeat, but will definitely stay longer next time!!

Interesting town divided by a scenic river. Seems to be a nut capital with bulk walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts for sale everywhere. Many reasonable restaurants, but breakfast options limited. Good shopping and pedestrian streets, all within walking distance.

Nice place to stay for a two or three days trip.

Nice place to stay for a two or three days trip. Good restaurants. You can easily walk all around the city with very nice view. I highly recommend the restaurant Coliseo for Italian food and for Portuguese meal you have so much choice.

Location was suitable for our needs. The staff was English speaking and kind. We had the whole house to ourselves. The interior was very cool. In the summer time this is a place to choose in Mirandela. There was an orange tree in the garden with the MOST delicious oranges on it.
