Breakfast was awesome and location was great. We were able to walk to a lovely location for a great pizza. We didn’t realize we were within a Castillo until we walked to explore. Pretty cool! I would recommend this stay. Wish we had had more time to explore. Our host gave us some good suggestions for sights.

Really beautiful houses, surrounded by a well preserved property, in a small and cosy village. The house was extremely clean, was warm when we checked in, and the host was super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, and despite the rain, we were able to visit the surroundings, and gave a pleasant walk to the nearby river and beach facilities through the nature paths.

Sortelha is a beautiful village in a very interesting region. A photographers paradise. The cottage is cute. There was a lot of food provided in the fridge and you eat it free of charge. Fresh bread was delivered in the morning. It was a good experience.
