Everything was just perfect, this hotel takes care of every detail to make your stay unforgettable. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and so quiet. The food is delicious and varied (with child menu). Finally, the natural swimming pool is breathtaking, the best I have ever been so far. We are so happy to hace found such a nice place, we will repeat for sure.

I had a great stay that is the main thing, but since I was depending on public transit I had to leave early, that way I had to let breakfast pass twice and couldn't enjoy the views for as long as I've wished. Only one early bus to Machico at 7AM on a Saturday?? It is frustrating to see all the tourists coming by rental cars, but when I want to go somewhere it's getting complicated. Luckily, I knew where to catch the bus to Santana, or I would have been bouncing around shaking like a leaf. Kudos for all the people of Madeira being so kind & patient!!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Relaxation at the highest level. Although not everything was ready in November, we didn’t feel at any point that the hotel was unprepared to host guests (the indoor pool and water park were not yet finished). From the moment we arrived, our comfort and good mood were prioritized. The concierge greeted us with drinks, brought wet face towels, and explained the basic information. We did have ants in our room, but a new room with an ocean view was promptly offered. The rooms are excellent—spacious and fully equipped. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and a stocked minibar were provided. The beds were very comfortable, and the terrace had seating. Everything was impeccably clean! The lounge with gaming consoles, arcade machines, and the kids’ club were all new and ready for use. The hotel is beautifully located and very expansive, which creates a sense of freedom. In November, it was hard to come across other guests around the property. The food was tasty with a good selection, though somewhat repetitive—breakfasts were the same every day. International-quality alcoholic beverages were served, all of very high quality. There are several restaurants, so everyone will find something to their taste. Our favorite was the one by the ocean—Voce. Excellent food, including seafood, grilled dishes, and local delicacies. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its amazing staff: at Voce, Joy and Pandav were exceptional. At the main bar, Diggo made the best drinks, and in the Cocoa café, Vitaly and Linda stood out. It’s impossible to cover everything, but once this hotel fully gets going, it will undoubtedly be top of the top! We will definitely return!

This is a very nice structure, pretty new, with large common spaces, a nice swimming pool and a very nice external area. The breakfast room is equipped for large numbers, but the level of the food is of very high quality and variety. The room is large, comfortable, silent, very clean and new.
