Idyllic rural location. Totally quiet and peaceful. Lovely warm greeting from the manageress who took time out to show us round and make sure that we were settled in. There as also a pleasant restaurant within easy walking distance.

The property was beautifully kept, peaceful surroundings, excellent breakfast with some homemade goodies..The staff were attentive in a discreet manner allowing us privacy. The suite was well sized, very comfortable beds and the patio had beautiful views of the countryside and being small dog owners this property was perfect to take them for walks and a patio for them to be with us. Will definitely return again when in the area.

The Centro historico was fun and exciting to explore.

The Centro historico was fun and exciting to explore. It is very compact with lots of churches. The Jardim do Sol were very pleasant. Very walkable place once you get to the top. All the normal grocery stores available. Try the Pampillos, very good local confectionary. We particularly liked Cafe Bijou.

The room with the stunning panoramic view was clean and...

The room with the stunning panoramic view was clean and comfortable. The food downstairs was very good and reasonably priced. Parking was easy and accessible. The center of town was a good 25 minute walk so we drove and parked in the central underground parking lot. Easy. Nice shops and the Porto del Sol is a beautiful park with another stunning view.

Perfect location, quiet but near to the town. Breakfasts were good and perfectly adequate with the option to eat on the terrace overlooking views as far as the eye could see. The restaurant in the hotel was so good we ate there every night of our five night stay. Delicious inexpensive food with friendly and attentive service. Special thanks to Eduardo, Dino and Goncalves. .

we were very lucky because we arrived to a location which is brand new and all the units are pristine in its use. the acomodations have air conditioning, a little kitchen fully equipped, a sun terrace and some beautifull bathrobes which are incredible and only to be found at the top most hotels. well done ! the privacy and the quietness are incredible.
