The beds are very comfortable and the room had a spacious balcony with place to dry the clothes. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. There is plenty of parking and a restaurant next to it with affordable daily menus.

I was crying this morning when we left. it is the most beautiful and peaceful place. everything is made respecting nature, animals, the environment. Valter, the owner is just a wonderful man. kind, helpful, explaining his project, reserving restaurants, having time to chat and show you his happy animals. the room was wonderful, not a sound at night, beautiful toiletries, a pool to die for.. and the breakfast is all homemade, with the eggs from the farm, and wonderful Margarida preparing it with love. we will be back, it was too short!!! obrigada Valter! um abraço enorme! Jeanne e Jean-Marc.

It was a wonderful visit to Casas de Faia. The location and setting and the quality of the accommodation is amazing. Duarte and his family were incredibly kind and wonderful hosts. There is a beautiful pool to cool off in the heat and you are surrounded by wildlife on the farm and greeted by two lovely dogs. Breakfast was lovely and a really well arranged. A superb stay.
