We were hiking on Rota Vicentina and had asked in advance if we could get water and dinner and were told this is possible at the coffee place Casa Fonseca, Isabel being the most wonderful host and chef. She organized translators when we were struggling with explaining our needs, she was insisting in preparing sandwiches when we wanted to leave before dinnertime.
