The room was very nice - comfortable and spacious, just what we wanted. The hotel restaurant, however, was fantastic: great food and low prices. Well done! Also, the hotel is right near the municipal pool, and if we hadn't been so tired when we arrived, we would definitely have gone for a bath.

The most important for me/us, when we use a Hotel is, that its clean and the beds are good! I have travelled the World -next year, for 50 years, as a curious person and as a professional traveller, guidebook-writer and photographer, tourleader. I have to tell you, this Hotel, Ozana, is the best value for money, I have ever had. Everything was perfect, the roomsize, the painting, for storage, bathroom, fresh carpet, elevator. Breakfast was okay. But the best was the bed. The best beds, we have slept in in Years. Firm, clean fresh. Big and small pillows, So wonderful!! I dont understand why some hotels have very bad outworn beds. Ozana will be in my mind forever! Off course all hotels should be like this!

I have stayed there between 13th and 16th of January 2025. I liked the location, close to Bistrita and to many other tourist attractions that are in the area( Colibita Lake, Sangeorz-Bai, Etc.). The rooms and bathrooms are really clean. The staff is very friendly and eager to help or answer all of your questions. There is parking available in front of the Hotel and if that is full you have plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel in a dedicated area. The food was good, we have arrived hungry and the staff was able to provide us with healthy and tasty food, for which we are deeply grateful. The breakfast was also good with plenty of food to choose from. All in all I really enjoyed my stay at Hoterl Poarta Transilvaniei, I will stay there in the future if the need arises and I will recommend it to other friends and family.

If there were more stars available to rate my stay at the Dream Apartment, I would rate them all. 🙌 That’s how happy I am with the experience I’ve had this past week. For 2 nights, I found even more than what I was looking for: a super clean, new, cozy and spacious place in a quiet area, with a very comfortable bed to rest. The view was my big bonus: simply beautiful, just like a hug for my eyes. Communicating with Darius, the owner, was a real pleasure! :) Super friendly, more than happy to assist with any extra direction or information I needed (and I did need a lot of extra information not because there was anything confusing but due to my tiredness and lack of focus, so THANK YOU, Darius, for your patience :). Your kind approach was refreshing! Highly appreciate it! 🙌😁). If I’ll ever go to Bistrița again, I’ll definitely book the same place. Too good not to!

If there were more stars available to rate my stay at the Dream Apartment, I would rate them all. 🙌 That’s how happy I am with the experience I’ve had this past week. We went there to visit family. Otherwise mot much to do or see( sorry). The whole city was dug up to re-do the road structure , so a nightmare to travel both by foot or car( done both). But you can find cheap, diverse, very tasty food in the city “ pe pietonala” ( as local people call the heart of the city)

Bistrita has a very nice park and some nice monuments. From the Metropolis hotel, you van just exit the hotel and start to walk the Via Transilvanica (Romanian hiking trail that cross the country from north to South.

The city is very nice and clean, nice friendly people, i enjoyed taking strolls in the municipal park , and in the center is very nice in the evening, very lively. I ate at Crama Veche in the municipal park, i highly recommend it, very good food, a lot of traditional dishes ( the sausages are amazing - sold by half/1 meter ). Around the city there are some nice places to visit if you like nature- lacul Colibita. Also 15 km from Bistrita you can find a shooting range which i personally loved.

The hotel is located in an excellent part of Bistrita, a quiet neighbourhood of houses but very close to the centre. There are a few parking spots in the yard, but you can also park on the street. There is a great coffee machine in the lobby and you can have your coffee or tea whenever you wish. The room is spacious and very clean, so is the bathroom. A wonderful surprise was a massage armchair in our room. Check-in / check-out easy and quick. Very nice staff.

If you ever need a place to stay in Bistrita, Studio Poienii is the place to be. The host is amazing, the place is very cosy and comfortable, unique, homey, and at points it makes you forgive the thing you are in Bistrita for and makes you want to stay inside as long as possible. It is quite, clean and a perfect place even for families with kids. Very well equipped, it provides all the things you need for a pleasant stay.

It was excellent, it is a newly renovated hotel,so what exists there it is really new. Very good conditions, the location is ideal, the staff ia very nice and helpful. It is next to.the city's public pool.

The room was clean and spacious. Large spacious and clean bathrooms. Nice shower. Stood there for a night as we past by. Large parking in front of the hotel. Good value for the money.
