We stayed at the hotel for three nights and didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, everything was perfect. I genuinely believe this is the best hotel in the city, possibly in the entire region. We stayed in many hotels during our trip, so we have something to compare it to. A special thanks to the staff for their genuine friendliness and warmth. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and everything felt brand new. Every day, they provided us with herbal tea in a thermos. There were many thoughtful gestures from the hotel, from gifts for the kids to a festive breakfast on Christmas morning. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, in a new part of the city. It has easy parking and plenty of shops nearby. If you’re going to Brașov, don’t hesitate to stay at QOSMO!

I felt welkome on arrival even though I was early. Everything was super clean. The room was big and well equiped. There was secure parking for my motorcykle. This is a catagory missing on booking, secure parking for moto.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this place. First of all, a huge thank you to our amazing host, Ramona, who welcomed us with such warmth and understanding — even though we arrived past midnight due to a delayed flight. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. The guesthouse is spotless — everything was incredibly clean and beautifully arranged.
