I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation during my visit to Maramureș and it was a nice experience. The location is perfect, offering both peace and easy access to the region’s main attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.     Small but beautiful village.

    Small but beautiful village. The wooden churches are worth the drive from Cluj. The church grounds keeper showed up at 9:50 AM to let us in, but they can be reached by telephone if the doors are locked. Every where we go was picturesque. The roads are adequate to drive during the day, but harder to drive when it gets dark; some pot holes and some section without street lights. We dined at our home stay; she made us a feast for breakfast; local milk, eggs, cheese, bacon, home made jams and breads. The people are very kind and helpful, welcoming visitors to their land.
