This hotel is ideal if you're looking to relax and take a break from city life. We visited in low season, so definitely that also has it's effect, we prefer travelling when it's not overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. Kudos to them for keeping their positive energy and being kind. The pool and spa was super clean which I also liked and appreciated. The pool isn't too deep, it's just 1,4m which we found perfect for some relaxing swimming and the ideal length to do some circles. I loved the breakfast and dinner options as the food varied everyday and we had "homemade options" which I really appreciated having fresh salads, soups, several dishes and options for everyone's taste. The room looked as in the picture and it had an amazing view. Definitely coming back to this location.

Beautiful room with a tub and the best view of the slopes. It was my husband’s bday and they recieved us with a delicious cake. Our stay was very enjoyable, the hotel is top notch and the location is perfect: exactly in front of the slopes. We loved it!

It was the best rest ever. Hotel is really pretty place placed near forest and church with authentic Serbian atmosphere as hospitality, music, rakia, breakfasts. The head of hotel was near our car when we just arrived, and it looked that he knew every time right moment to come and say what we need to go first: now invitation for rakia for guests, now sauna, here key, here wine. The best service that I saw. As special compliment for this place except cheap price is that amazing sauna with candles and two glasses of wine. We will save for whole year this memory spending time there. Also in sauna there are two special places where you can lay on and it’s heating you. I have never seen them before. Thank all person of hostel, we were as better place as home. We already recommended it for our friends and want to come back as soon as possible in this pretty place!

very clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed sheets, towels and bathroom were very clean and nice. If you are on car, you may get the Kopaonik in 20-25 minutes by serpentines, very picturesque views on road.
