Amata n' Ubuki hotel was a truly surpisingly superb selection of hotel, which I enjoyed staying at during my recent visit to Kigali Rwanda. Amata n' Ubuki is a delightful hotel with elegant and stylish decor throughout. It's clean, well-maintained, and features beautiful local art, creating a unique and sophisticated boutique atmosphere. The outdoor area, with the sparkling pool, garden, and lovely meal setting, is a particular standout for relaxation. It was heart-warming how the entire hotel staff went out of there way to make me feel welcome and relaxed. ​The hotel is situated in a nice ,quiet safe neighborhood in central Kigali, it offers quietude while being conveniently located. It's close enough to walk to the Kigali Convention Centre and a short drive from other attractions like Inema Art Center and the airport. From the hotel I enjoyed morning jogging tours and early evening strolls ​The rooms are comfy, perfectly clean, and individually decorated. I loved the attention to detail, including Yes, the premium bedding( Great Beds), air conditioning, and modern en-suite facilities. ​Wonderful Food & Dining: The Amata,, 'n Ubuki hotel restaurant and bar are excellent. The resturant was also a great experience , which features a blend of international and authentic African-inspired cuisine. The complimentary breakfast is a delicious start to the day, and dining by the poolside is a highlight. Here the resturant staff offers professional and personable service. A special thanks to Deborah and all the front desk staff) for their professionalism and simple kindeness for making all my transportation arrangements to and from the hotel. Members of my family and business from the USA will be traveling soon to Kigali Rwanda and will be booking staying at Amata n Ubuki Hotel ,truly "MILK AND HONEY" experience. Kigali is a clean city, it is safe, and there are a lot of lovely people some who became family in the few days of our stay. I personally loved the rich history outlined and made plain for everyone to understand where Kigali came from, what they experienced and who they are now. One of the things that came out strong for was forgiveness, reconciliation, and love for humankind. That is what i carried back with me, because i met people who lived through genocide, who lost their homes and families... and walking in their shoes for those moments we shared was the ACE that made my stay in Kigali worthwhile.

The hotels are beautiful, the roads are exceptionally beautiful and the people are fairly friendly. What I disliked is that there too many motor bikes on the road competing with the size of the population.

I am living here & KIGALI is of of the most beautiful places with good weather, security & cleanliness. An stay of 7 days would be great here like LAKE KIVU, MOUNTAIN GORILLAS, VOLCANO, GENOCIDE MEMORIAL, AKAGIRA PARK, DEEP FOREST etc.

Kigali is such a beautiful and welcoming city. It’s clean, safe, and very well organized, with friendly people everywhere you go. I loved the calm atmosphere, the green hills, and how easy it was to move around. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again.

Kigali is a relatively small city where most areas can be reached in less than 30 minutes. It is impressively clean, safe, and full of activities to enjoy. The city enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on drinking and driving, but many bars offer designated drivers who can safely drive you home in your own car. Whether you are a tourist exploring attractions or a business traveler looking to relax, Kigali has plenty to keep you engaged. The people are warm and friendly, though it’s always wise to exercise the usual caution when out and about, as with any city.

So let’s start off with the positives , The location is really good, right in the city centre and walkable distance to some nice cafes and restaurants. It’s also very handy that it’s right next to the Marriott as it’s an easy landmark for tour guides to navigate to and from. Also I want to shout out Omega and Shariff who work in the apartment block and were very helpful with helping us acclimatise and suggesting local spots to watch the football, grab something to eat etc. They were both very helpful!

The location was excellent. 15 minutes to bus park & 15 minutes to city centre. The view from the room balcony & rooftop restaurant was breathtaking. The rooftop restaurant is perfect for candlelight dinner with an awesome view. The staffs were so cooperative. They actually guided me for my solo tour and also they arranged all my vehicles with cheap rate. Food was good. The room with this money is just exceptional. I had a great stay there.

The staff were friendly and helpful, organising an airport transfer when we arrived and assisting with transport to the bus depot when we departed. Breakfast was good, ranging from eggs, fruits, oats, toast, pastries and Rwandan options. There is a basic Mini Mart on the ground floor of the hotel next door, handy for purchasing watwr. The rooms were clean and spacious. The city centre is within walking distance

It's a good place. The location is good - 15 minutes by walk to City Centre, but the taxis don't know where it is (you need to use navigation). There is a very good Dubai restaurant & spa in 5 minutes from Guesthouse. The area is building, but it's safe. There is a good kitchen you can use, even breakfast was included (but don't expect much), the room was good, the stuff was nice people.
