The greeting by all the staff i met when i came in was awesome, I felt very welcome and i liked the Arabic coffee and dates and warmly recommend it. The reception officer (i forgot her name) was really nice. When she knew my wife was coming for the first time, she upgraded our room to room with Haram view instead of city view, she included the car parking for free which initially costed 196 SAR per night, She also included extra bed i requested at no extra charge where initial cost was 250 SAR per night. The location is very near to the Haram and i loved the fact that the call to the prayers voice is connected to the hotel speakers so you can hear the call to the prayers in your room and you can pray at the praying area in the hotel directly with the Haram. The Breakfast was exquisite, i warmly recommend it.
