A beautiful place. An intimate, well-maintained property on the southern tip of Praslin Island. We stayed in the ground floor flat. Bedroom with comfortable large bed, surrounded by mosquito netting. Air-conditioned and with a ceiling fan distributing this air throughout the room. The bathroom, finished in marble, elegant and spacious. Great large walk-in shower, strong water pressure, all neat.... The kitchen adjoined a terrace with a view of the sea. Equipped, with all the necessary appliances: large fridge with freezer, toaster, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster. Full range of kitchen utensils.... The terrace, where we spent relaxing moments looking at the sea and listening to its soothing sounds.... The property is separated from the small beach by a local street, but this is really no inconvenience as traffic is negligible and unobtrusive. The owner who manages the property is contactable, very friendly and helpful. She did not impose and at the same time was supportive if we needed anything. We were sceptical whether to order meals at the property, but the grilled tuna dinner was really excellent. Delicious food, 'homemade' recipe - a really pleasant surprise. We were motorised, so getting around the island was not a problem. There is a bus stop next to the property, but we did not test this form of transport. It is literally a 5 minute drive by car to Ferdinand Park. There is a small shop nearby, for a coffee or for larger purchases you have to drive further which is 10 min.... In summary: a super place for a relaxing stay on Praslin if you prefer the sound of the sea and a comfortable stay and a friendly and hospitable atmosphere to the noise of the town and the larger human concentrations on this already small island. Definitely recommended.

A wonderful guest house with three balconies and a comfortable bed. The nearest beautiful beach with soft white sand is just 500 meters from the house. But what we loved the most was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the hosts. We didn’t have a car, but they helped us discover the best beaches on Praslin and the coco de mer palm forest. We definitely recommend this place!

Thank you to Vincent, his father, and his wife. They were very welcoming. The room is very spacious, so you can relax even if you stay with family or friends. The View from the room is also great. I was worried about mosquitoes, but it was perfectly fine even if I opened the windows at night. Not a single one. Dinner is an additional charge but be sure to request it in advance. I ate some very delicious Creole food. Vincent's father seems to be a very famous plant grower. He will be able to tell you a lot about Seychelles plants. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We instantly made the apartment our short-stay home (3 nights) and cooked our vegetarian food in the kitchen. The apartment is in new condition and furniture, equipment are in good condition. The balcony over-looks the sea and green hills. Being from Nepal, we enjoyed the green landscape from the apartment and cool wind breeze from the balcony. Internet connectivity was fast as we did not feel any lagging even when all three of us were connected and at times parallely video-streaming. Ronnie, the host is very nice and offered us his small, nice swimming pool for our daughter to swim- she didn't use it as she swam in the beaches. At a small query he instantly notified the hotel at the Anse Lazio beach (it is a big hotel at the beach) and confirmd to us our access. I bet he would have been ready to support had we asked more. He was responsive to all my calls and messages and let us check out late on the 4th day as our boat to La Digue was departing at 2:30 pm as he had no guest to check in the apartment that day.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a view of mountain and sea. Located in a very serene and quiet place. The hosts were really generous and we had a tremendous time in Praslin. There is a small store within the property premises for all the essentials. Very smooth check-in and check-out.

This has been the holiday of a lifetime and I cannot thank the team at Coco de Mer enough for everything they did. We finally had a bridal photoshoot instead of our cancelled Covid wedding and the hotel was SO helpful, arranging beautiful flowers and more. The staff are so friendly, it really completes the holiday. The Seychelles itself are so gorgeous. The hotel was breathtaking, with a very comfy clean room with great views from our balcony, fabulous pool and the food was great (had pancakes for breakfast everyday). Special thanks to Ahmed for all :). Can’t wait to go back one day hopefully - really recommended. Thank you all!!

island with beautuiful beaches. A self drive car is a must. must snorkel and dive must visit La digue and explore the various beaches of the island on bike. Vegetarian food is a little difficult. we couldn't find nice cafes which had eggless options.

Very nice beach when it’s high tide.

Very nice beach when it’s high tide. The water is warmer and calmer than in other sides of the island , although there is good amount of seaweeds. Snorkelling is average comparing to other beaches. Beautiful sunsets though!

Affordable to take the local bus and you get around easily. Generally, the prices for food etc. are the same as in Sweden. The most affordable is to eat take away. We would have needed 1-2 more days on the island (we had 4 nights) to "catch up" while we were there to relax. Green and nice, hilly, keep in mind that the sun is high all day. We are very happy with the start of our trip to the Seychelles.

Beautiful beaches, but precautions are necessary against sandflies, which can cause intense itching for up to a week. Bus travel is possible; the most beautiful beaches are Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette. There are no evening activities in Baie Sainte-Anne. A cruise to Curieuse Island and a visit to the Ferdinand Fund are lovely.

The beaches are superb.

The beaches are superb. In general, the food is expensive in restaurants, and the fish is everywhere fried in oil, not grilled. The quality/price ratio of the food is disappointing. However, there are a few decent options: La Gouloue, Les Lauriers and Cafe de Artes (the latter is much overpriced)

I stay second time in this apartments. And if i go next time, i will come only here. The best beach for rest and swimming (i tried many on the island). Apartments nice, clean. Every day cleaning. Big size bed. Big room. All top. I used internet from the room on the beach 🏖️ under the palm. Very close you can eat Leo food. Nice food for low price. You have Beraya hotel not far, here you can eat buffet dinner, every day different. Seafood buffet is ok. About 40e price. Highly recommended choice.

The location is wonderful. Yes, it is right on the beach. You just walk out of the garden and you are at one of the best beach in Praslin. The view from the apartment -especially on the 1st floor - is breathtaking. Herbert is indeed helpful if you have any request. The staff is cleaning the apartment daily, so the rooms are clean. But that is about it for the pros.

It was a perfect holiday and Ronnie did everything to make us feel at home. The house is very nice and spacious with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Terrace with views of the sunset and the sea. Very good fast Wi-Fi connection. Ronnie was a great guide for us to explore the island, with great recommendations for restaurants and excursions.

Nice house on a isolated part of the island.Staff picked up us into the ferry harbour to the house. Very clean and confortable. Kathleen was very kind offering daily tradidional criolle food. Recommended a boat daily tour. Captain just living a few meters of the house. Really nice family days on that house enjoying of the beauties of Praslin

Wonderful stay in Praslin with a stunning view from our balcony. Very clean apartment with friendly owners and staff. The kitchen was fully equipped with a gas stove. Beach towels were provided. We used the laundry service which was great.
