The staff at the front desk were exceptional.They provide us with all we needed.Check-in fast.The property and the room are spotlessly clean.Housekeeping works perfectly.Breakfast is great!They offer a variety of food and drinks even for the picky eaters. The hotel is located approximately 3km from the city centar but the location is clearly marked and therefore there wasn’t any misunderstanding.The connection to the downtown and all of the city’s sightseeing spots is good.

As I saw In experience comments, it's just like that...mine is the same. Super clean and spacy place, starting from big parking, nice and clean rooms, good Wifi, and stuff is just like you imagine them. Kind and informative. Breakfast was just perfect. Will be back there when ever visiting beautiful country Slovenia and especialy AMBIENT hotel, who is positioned just right, close to most visited places you want to see in Slovenia. Everything was just perfect. I was upgraded to a triple room on the 2nd floor and it was awesome. Spacious, clean and nice and warm during winter. Comfy beds. Really nice breakfast. Parking right in front is super convenient, as is Lidl right across the street.

We stayed only one night, but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and charming the apartment was. Everything was spotless, and the place felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We were greeted with a city map full of great recommendations, a bar of chocolate, and a bottle of magnesium water, which was a really nice touch after a long journey. The only small downside is that the apartment is a bit far from the city center, so you’ll either need a car or take the bus to get around easily. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we truly appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and the hospitality of the host. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Ljubljana!
