We arrived very late in the evening without prior accommodation, and most places in the area had a check-in deadline of 10 PM. We called the hotel around 11 PM, and a kind lady came over to personally open the hotel and prepare a room for us. She was extremely helpful and polite, and we truly appreciated her effort. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and offers a great breakfast. Free parking is also available on-site, which was very convenient. Given the service and quality, I can’t give this hotel anything less than a 10. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality!

The acommodation was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! We enjoyed the stay, the room was spacious and very very clean. I recommend to try the restaurant, it was an amazing experience! We did not want to leave :( we will definitely come back.

One of the best 3* hotels I have ever visited. Definitely exceeded expectations. Good view, comfortable bed, clean and modern room. Free coffee, tea, and water in the room - very rarely do three-star hotels offer this. Delicious breakfast and pleasant stuff. Easy self-check-in system. Amazing little apartman, not too far from the High Tatras - really great location, by car it was not more than 20 minutes. The apartman was clean, well equipped and super nicely maintained. The host are really nice, very flexible. Parking was free and super safe. We also used the private wellness two times and it was AMAZING. Breakfast was delivered to the door and it was abundant. I can only speak highly of this place and we will definitely be returning soon!
