We had a room with a large balcony and it was great. It was a large and cosy room with a big and comfortable bed and good sitting space. The bathroom and shower were great with good pressure and hot water. The employees at the frontdesk are really nice and helped us with everything. Also the people at the bar and restaurant are very friendly. We had a great time and I would recommend the place. Would love to come back when I'm around.

I could not recommend this accommodation enough. We were two friends who stayed here for two nights. The staff were some of the most welcoming I have ever come across, they really make you feel like family. The accommodation is spectacular, right on the beach with a lovely pool. Also the bar menu is excellent with lovely drinks and food, we ate here the two days we stayed. When we were there the half moon party was on. They had a pre party and organises transport for us to get there. Would honestly highly recommend this place!

The location it's not that far away from pier. You can even take a walk through the beach side which gonna takes 20-30min. Nice and friendly staff, they trying to make everything perfect and comfy for You. Nice communication between owners. There is in my opinion "big" rooftop where you can chill, or even prepare some food because the kitchen is there. The building is connected with massage spa where you can see at entrance. I hope next time i can try it. Overall i recharged my energy during staying was very comfortable. Thank You :)

Very friendly staff, pool was nice and air conditioning worked wonders. You can hear the main road but the noise is not too bad due to the hotel being behind some buildings. Decided to extend our stay and was cheaper in person than online which is also great. Rooms were very clean and nice especially after room service, absolutely spotless :)

The staff at beachfront villas we're absolutely incredible. We felt really looked after during our stay here. The food was incredible and they even dropped it right up to our balcony so we could have a private meal! The pool was lovely and the sunbeds we're comfy. I can't compliment the staff enough with their 10/10 service and we we're able to chill out by the pool the next day while we waited for our ferry. The owner offered us the room for another night which we would have loved if we didn't have to go home. They let us keep the room to shower and change in as it was the off-season and they had no one else booked in for that night which I felt was a really nice touch and they really didn't have to do that at all as they had showers and bathrooms available beside the pool. Will definitely be returning the next time we're in Koh Phangan!
